Den Vandrende Skygge was Morks follow up to debut album Isebakke, and helped further establish the band as one of the leading upcoming Norwegian Black Metal acts, with a more refined depth to composition, yet still bringing to mind the atmosphere of the notorious second wave of bands from the early 90s, such as Darkthrone & Burzum.
